Enterprise Solution Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Enterprise Solution Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a technical strategist and trusted advisor, co-designing transformation visions and operating models for clients while driving engagement with C-suite executives and managing the technical narrative of ServiceNow's platform strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Co-design the customer's "North Star" operating model and own the technical transformation narrative
• Build and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives, driving conversations around business outcomes and platform capabilities
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover customer needs and translate them into a coherent ServiceNow platform strategy

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise pre-sales consulting, customer success, or solution architecture roles
• Demonstrated success in long-cycle deal environments with C-level stakeholder engagement
• Proven experience in designing and owning end-to-end transformation strategies
• Authoritative understanding of enterprise workflow platforms and IT service management principles
• Strong executive presence with excellent storytelling and presentation skills
