Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Architect - Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, helping them understand implementation strategies
• Create and execute Statements of Work (SOWs) to align with Professional Services best practices
• Identify patterns across opportunities to refine Enterprise Sales motions and improve service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Solutions Consulting, or Professional Services
• Strong ability to diagnose business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving significant implementation components
• Comfort in collaborating with both pre-sales and post-sales teams
• Strong judgment to balance customer needs with business outcomes and operational feasibility
