Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical advisor, the full-time remote Enterprise Solutions Engineer will collaborate with two Enterprise Client Executives to develop territory strategies, uncover new opportunities, and drive successful customer engagements across a diverse enterprise territory in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County metro areas.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to qualify opportunities and execute customer engagement strategies
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to identify business initiatives and technical challenges for customers
• Design and position solutions that align with customer business outcomes while managing multiple engagements simultaneously

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related fields within an enterprise technology environment
• Proven success in supporting enterprise customers through complex technology sales cycles
• Strong foundation in storage or storage-adjacent infrastructure technologies
• Broad technical knowledge across enterprise infrastructure, including storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud
• Experience designing technical solutions that align customer requirements with business objectives
