Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical product lead during the sales cycle, delivering customized demos and designing tailored solutions
• Lead the technical implementation and onboarding process for new clients, creating solution designs and documentation
• Provide ongoing client support, manage RFPs, and conduct business reviews while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, or technical customer success, preferably in fintech or trading
• Proficiency in understanding complex technical platforms, including APIs (e.g., REST, FIX, WebSocket)
• Demonstrated success in managing sales cycles and onboarding clients
• Basic to intermediate coding skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in fast-paced environments
