Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to bridge the platform and clients, focusing on sales engineering, solution architecture, and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical product lead throughout the sales cycle, delivering customized demos and designing tailored solutions
- Lead the technical implementation and onboarding process for new clients, providing best practices and documentation
- Build and maintain high-quality technical resources to support sales and integrations, including documentation and integration guides
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, or technical customer success, preferably in fintech or trading
- Proficiency in understanding and demonstrating complex technical platforms, including APIs
- Experience managing sales cycles and leading proofs-of-concept (POCs)
- Basic to intermediate skills in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in fast-paced environments
