Enterprise Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
As a remote Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in Mississippi, Alabama, or Louisiana, the successful candidate will own the technical relationship with customers, partner with Client Executives to drive business outcomes, and design solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor across enterprise accounts in the assigned territory
- Collaborate with Enterprise Client Executives to strategize, develop pipeline, and close business opportunities
- Architect and configure solutions tailored to customer environments, managing multiple deals simultaneously
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in a quota-driven environment
- Proven success supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers in complex sales cycles
- Strong background in infrastructure technologies, including SAN, NAS, and hybrid cloud solutions
- Experience designing and configuring solutions within customer environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals across different stages and priorities
