Enterprise Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
As a remote Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in Michigan, the successful candidate will manage technical relationships with clients, collaborate with Client Executives to drive business outcomes, and design solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor across enterprise accounts
- Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to develop strategies and close business opportunities
- Architect and configure solutions tailored to customer environments while managing multiple deals simultaneously
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering
- Proven success with enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers in complex sales cycles
- Strong background in infrastructure technologies, including SAN and NAS solutions
- Experience designing and configuring solutions within customer environments
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization platforms, and data protection strategies
