Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Leader, Solutions Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Solutions Consultants, aligning with enterprise strategy
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to drive deal progression and present solutions to C-level stakeholders
• Architect customized solutions and oversee technical implementations while representing customer needs internally

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or similar roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership position
• Deep understanding of enterprise financial systems and accounting workflows
• Hands-on experience with ERP, IdP, HRIS, and integration technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environment
