Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Associate (QA).

Key Responsibilities

• Support squad leads and team culture initiatives, create training documentation, and coordinate onboarding
• Manage systems and reporting, including agent pay and capacity forecasting, while utilizing analytical skills
• Conduct linguistic and cultural QA to ensure accuracy and naturalness in outputs, and validate AI systems for bias

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in project management
• 2 years of experience with Excel and Google Suite
• Background in linguistics, education, or similar fields requiring high attention to detail
• Expert-level English proficiency with mastery of US cultural nuances
• Meticulous attention to detail to identify subtle errors in language and cultural context
