Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
• 10+ years of experience managing associates and cross-functional program teams
• 7+ years of experience in process redesign, workforce strategy, or AI automation
• 5+ years of experience managing a large P&L or enterprise-level financial portfolio
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
