Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of top-tier enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Success Manager will oversee customer relationships, drive product evolution based on client feedback, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through strategic planning and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-ARR and high-growth-potential enterprise accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring quality product and experience while developing success plans aligned with their objectives
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency in account management and foster a culture of professionalism and customer advocacy
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of work experience, with 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Project Management
- Experience with large enterprise customer success and servicing institutional clients of various sizes
- Proven ability to influence key decision makers, particularly at the VP level and above
- Strong project management skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude
- Experience optimizing processes and adopting AI-assisted workflows to enhance account coverage
