Enterprise Success Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Success Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen enterprise relationships by resolving issues and training users on the platform
• Serve as an intermediary between home office partners and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues
• Support the Enterprise Success Manager in creating reports on customer retention metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a customer support role
• Experience in Financial Services is a plus
• Ability to interact with all levels of home office personnel
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Self-directed learner with the ability to work well individually and in a team environment
