Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Success Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen enterprise relationships by resolving issues and training users on the platform
- Serve as an intermediary between home office partners and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues
- Support the Enterprise Success Manager in creating reports on customer retention metrics
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a customer support role
- Experience in Financial Services is a plus
- Ability to interact with all levels of home office personnel
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Self-directed learner with the ability to work well individually and in a team environment
