Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to provide technical support and optimize CI/CD processes for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle technical support requests and advise customers on best practices
  • Become a subject-matter expert on CI/CD optimization and build tools
  • Identify product gaps and assist customers in migrating to the platform
Required Qualifications
  • Available to work Pacific Time hours and participate in public holiday rotation
  • Technical experience in a DevOps consulting or similar customer-facing role
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms, such as GitHub Actions
  • Familiarity with Docker and Dockerfile optimization
  • Understanding of major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
