Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to provide technical support and optimize CI/CD processes for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical support requests and advise customers on best practices
- Become a subject-matter expert on CI/CD optimization and build tools
- Identify product gaps and assist customers in migrating to the platform
Required Qualifications
- Available to work Pacific Time hours and participate in public holiday rotation
- Technical experience in a DevOps consulting or similar customer-facing role
- Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms, such as GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with Docker and Dockerfile optimization
- Understanding of major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
