Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, test, validate, and operate customer applications on Game Warden in compliance with security standards
  • Research and develop solutions to enhance customer deployment outcomes
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across complex cloud and hybrid infrastructures
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Architect-level experience with cloud-based infrastructure
  • Expertise with at least one cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.)
