Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Operations Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, validate, and operate customer applications on Game Warden in compliance with security standards
- Research and develop solutions to enhance customer deployment outcomes
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across complex cloud and hybrid infrastructures
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Architect-level experience with cloud-based infrastructure
- Expertise with at least one cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands-on experience with containerization and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.)
