Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and handle support requests from enterprise customers on the platform
- Serve as a customer-facing subject-matter expert for enterprise customers
- Identify product gaps and collaborate with various teams to prioritize and escalate issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting production databases and applications, preferably at scale
- Experience with database internals and performance tuning, specifically for PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes
- Strong ability to communicate directly with customers
- Knowledge of common application deployment platforms and frameworks (e.g., Python, Go, Node, PHP)
