Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to provide technical support to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Troubleshoot complex API, authentication, CI/CD, and front-end implementation issues
  • Identify patterns in support cases and recommend product or process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience supporting enterprise or high-growth SaaS customers
  • Strong technical expertise in APIs and debugging
  • Experience with OAuth, SAML, and SSO authentication flows
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD troubleshooting
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
