Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to provide technical support to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers
- Troubleshoot complex API, authentication, CI/CD, and front-end implementation issues
- Identify patterns in support cases and recommend product or process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting enterprise or high-growth SaaS customers
- Strong technical expertise in APIs and debugging
- Experience with OAuth, SAML, and SSO authentication flows
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD troubleshooting
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
