Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to join their Customer Care department.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to optimize the use of products and services through technical knowledge
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer recommendations are communicated effectively
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and testing to identify and resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in networking protocols and debugging network issues
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Linux, and common protocols/services (FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, syslog)
- Experience managing customers in an enterprise environment
- Proactive self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
