Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to join their Customer Care department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to optimize the use of products and services through technical knowledge
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer recommendations are communicated effectively
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and testing to identify and resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in networking protocols and debugging network issues
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Linux, and common protocols/services (FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, syslog)
  • Experience managing customers in an enterprise environment
  • Proactive self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
