Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Enterprise Support Engineer will partner with strategic enterprise customers to optimize their use of BlueCat products, perform system health checks, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their technical needs and optimize product usage
- Perform quarterly Health Checks to ensure system performance and reliability
- Apply troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with strong customer service skills
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols and experience in debugging network issues
- Strong experience with DNS, DHCP, Linux, and common protocols (FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, syslog)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement
