Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Specialist to assist enterprise customers with technical challenges related to software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and emails from Enterprise customers, taking ownership of technical issues from initial report to resolution
  • Set up test environments to verify software bugs and create support documentation for internal and customer use
  • Communicate effectively between customers and Engineering, participating in on-call rotation to support global SLAs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of technical support experience
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Windows OS, SaaS platforms, and cloud services
  • Project management skills to prioritize support cases and customer calls
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and experience with Microsoft Entra ID or OKTA
  • Experience with PDF software and familiarity with architectural or structural programs like AutoCAD or Revit is a plus
