Job Summary
Delivering exceptional support to merchants, the full-time remote Enterprise Support Specialist will manage complex inquiries, leverage AI tools for problem-solving, and collaborate with peers to enhance team expertise.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support to merchants via chat, messaging, and phone
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve collective knowledge
- Master technical systems and translate complex concepts into clear guidance
Required qualifications:
- Experience in premium support, technical customer support, or technical account management in high-stakes environments
- Proven track record of managing complex issues with executive visibility
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with AI tools
- Excellent executive communication skills with adaptability to different audiences
- Understanding of web fundamentals, API concepts, and front-end basics is an asset
