Job Summary
Seeking an organized and self-motivated Enterprise Support Specialist, this remote position will manage customer solutions by troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with various teams for timely resolutions, and enhancing customer retention through educational support.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate solutions for customers by troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining a feedback loop
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to integrations
- Triage and escalate issues while collaborating with teams such as Customer Success and Engineering
Required qualifications
- Previous B2B support experience in SaaS and/or fintech
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with Zendesk support software is a plus
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively
