Enterprise Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Systems Analyst to improve system efficiencies and troubleshoot issues remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain technical knowledge of enterprise systems and provide support to business units to resolve issues and enhance member experience
• Educate business units on new functionalities and ensure timely deployment of software releases
• Participate in analysis, design, system configurations, testing, and support of data management solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in the financial services industry
• 3 years of project management experience leading IT and business improvement projects
• 1+ years of experience gathering user requirements for scoping exercises
• Experience implementing integrated business applications solutions
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
