Enterprise Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance system efficiencies and improve member experiences, the full-time remote Enterprise Systems Analyst will troubleshoot enterprise systems, manage system-related solutions, and collaborate with business units across various states including AK, AZ, FL, NV, TX, WA, and WY.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain technical knowledge of enterprise systems and provide timely support to resolve business and technical issues
• Educate business units on new functionalities and ensure timely deployment of software releases
• Participate in the analysis, design, and testing of data management and integration solutions while serving as a Subject Matter Expert on enterprise projects

Required qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in the financial services industry
• 3 years of project management experience with IT and cross-functional business improvement projects
• 1+ years of experience in gathering user requirements for scoping exercises
• Experience implementing integrated business application solutions
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Computer Sciences or Information Systems
