Enterprise Systems Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Systems Solutions Architect to support critical functional domain areas within its enterprise technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions aligned to either Finance or HR/Employee Solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Finance systems (ERP, accounting) or HR systems (HCM, employee lifecycle)
• Own architectural design, system integration strategy, and optimization of enterprise applications to support business goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems, software engineering, or solution architecture
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience supporting Finance systems or HR/Employee systems strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with key enterprise solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365, Workday) supporting either Finance or HR domains
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-based integration frameworks
