Enterprise Systems Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To drive the execution of enterprise technology initiatives, the full-time salaried Enterprise Systems Program Delivery Manager will independently manage and deliver projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, manage, and deliver enterprise systems projects from initiation through close, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery
• Partner with various stakeholders to support the performance and continuous improvement of enterprise systems
• Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare project status reports for leadership visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or IT delivery within an enterprise PMO environment
• Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications independently
• Working knowledge of enterprise application architecture, integrations, or healthcare operations systems is a plus
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid); PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred but not required
