Enterprise Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Systems Engineer specializing in Workday and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical expert across Workday and ERP ecosystems, ensuring system integrity and data quality
• Identify and implement AI use cases to streamline internal operations and lead Workday and ERP implementations
• Develop and maintain AI-augmented workflows and execute ETL processes for data migration

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Integration Development, or ERP/HCM implementation
• Experience executing enterprise-scale HCM or ERP implementations or global system migrations
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one high-level programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby)
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API design and iPaaS platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field
