Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Systems Value Stream Training Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training development teams and create innovative learning solutions for enterprise systems
• Consult with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and define training documentation standards
• Manage training teams and oversee the development and delivery of training curricula, ensuring quality and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in designing and delivering instructional courses
• 4+ years of experience in software training and leading enterprise systems training engagements
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and integration of training materials
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
