Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Systems Value Stream Training Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training development teams and create innovative learning solutions for enterprise systems
• Consult with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and define curriculum processes
• Manage training teams, ensuring development and delivery of training materials and reporting progress

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in designing and delivering instructional courses
• 4+ years of experience in software training and leading enterprise systems training engagements
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional design principles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with various training documentation and Digital Adoption Platform tools
