Job Summary

Coordinating large-scale business systems initiatives, the contract Enterprise Systems Transformation Lead will manage governance and execution across multiple operating companies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead governance and coordination across enterprise software implementation initiatives
• Manage integrated project plans spanning multiple workstreams and implementation partners
• Coordinate executive stakeholders, business leaders, and external consulting teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise systems or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience managing ERP, CRM, or enterprise software implementation programs
• Strong business process analysis and cross-functional project leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate implementation partners and executive stakeholders
• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives
