Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical liaison with enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align technical use cases with business value
- Document, track, and advocate for customer feature and support requests
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management
- 3+ years of enterprise experience designing and implementing infrastructure initiatives with security technologies
- Experience with endpoint, cloud, and identity products such as Crowdstrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender XDR
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience navigating technical conversations with executive teams
