Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical liaison with enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align technical use cases with business value
  • Document, track, and advocate for customer feature and support requests
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management
  • 3+ years of enterprise experience designing and implementing infrastructure initiatives with security technologies
  • Experience with endpoint, cloud, and identity products such as Crowdstrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender XDR
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience navigating technical conversations with executive teams
