Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical delivery for large, high-impact enterprise customers
• Architect and execute complex integrations and workflows for scalable solutions
• Serve as the technical quarterback for critical initiatives and escalations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering or technical program management
• Proven track record leading large-scale, complex enterprise implementations or integrations
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, data workflows, and system integrations
• Experience designing repeatable solutions, frameworks, or processes that scale
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, high-stakes scenarios and drive them to resolution
