Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical systems and services of Enterprise Technology platforms
• Deliver technical support and engineering solutions for enterprise platforms and systems
• Design and maintain complex systems to achieve high availability in alignment with business requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in user-facing and technical support roles
• Bachelor's degree and relevant IT certifications preferred
• Deep technical expertise as a Tier 3 escalation point for IT hardware and software issues
• High-level knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and extensive experience with the Apple ecosystem
• Strong scripting and automation skills for system administration and process optimization
