Enterprise Technology Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Technology Training Manager to develop and implement training programs for employees' technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training programs to support organizational technology initiatives
• Manage multiple learning initiatives and assess training needs to identify skill gaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training programs with business goals and support change management initiatives

Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager or Project Manager in a technology-related field
• Previous experience with CRM Training, with Salesforce or D365 being a plus
• Strong understanding of technology, systems, and current learning and development methodologies
• Expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs, including knowledge of adult learning principles
