Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of enterprise business capabilities aligned to the enterprise strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams through governance processes and prepare decision-ready materials for senior leaders
• Own day-to-day leadership of modernization initiatives, coordinating workstreams across business and technology teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise modernization or capability building initiatives
• Demonstrated success in complex, matrixed environments
• Proven ability to influence without authority and manage senior stakeholders
• Min. 5-7 years of experience in commercial, digital, supply chain, or strategy within consumer packaged goods (CPG) or consulting
