Job Summary
To support credit and risk decisions, the full-time Enterprise Valuation Analyst will perform independent business valuations, conduct industry analysis, and assist with various portfolio projects, working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform relative valuation analysis using S&P Capital IQ and calculate enterprise value through discounted cash flow models
- Conduct projection modeling and analyze projections based on industry data and historical performance
- Communicate effectively with the deal team to gather information and maintain a database of completed valuations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 2-5 years of credit analysis or valuation experience, preferably in Capital Markets or Leveraged Finance
- Strong modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of valuation concepts such as market comps, free cash flow, and WACC
- CFA designation or in progress is a plus
