Enterprise Vendor Manager

Job Summary

To support the Vendor Management team, the remote Enterprise Vendor Manager will manage the full vendor lifecycle, including governance, compliance, and process development, while building strong relationships with strategic vendors in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, ensuring compliance and quality documentation are met before vendor activation
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic vendors, monitoring performance and coordinating change management across studies
• Develop and maintain vendor management SOPs and governance frameworks, ensuring audit-readiness and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of vendor management, procurement, or supplier relationship experience in a regulated industry
• Demonstrated experience in building or improving vendor management processes
• Proven track record of managing vendor relationships end-to-end, including contracting and performance governance
• Experience working in regulated environments such as FDA, MHRA, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with connected devices or clinical supply chain vendors is strongly preferred
