Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Vendor Services Manager to manage high-value enterprise accounts and ensure successful delivery of Vendor Compliance Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise and strategic clients, managing relationships and guiding them through the post-sales lifecycle
  • Oversee vendor due diligence documentation, manage TPRM Specialists, and support client onboarding and service cycles
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and recommend process improvements aligned with industry trends


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role
  • Experience managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Professional certifications in Vendor Management, Risk Management, or related fields
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B services environment
