Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entertainment Hotel Sourcing Procurement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source hotel availability based on event specifications, negotiate rates and contracts, and manage payments
• Maintain relationships with vendors globally and utilize client-preferred hotel agreements in negotiations
• Ensure data integrity, track and report hotel room nights, spending, and issues, and manage day-to-day rooming lists for all groups

Required Qualifications:

• Mastery of GDS Sabre
• Proven background in group travel and events, specifically with high-end clientele
• General knowledge of the entertainment and celebrity environment and related planning considerations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Networking skills and ability to build relationships with vendors
