Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow communities through programmatic activations during live events
• Own planning and execution for Bluesky's engagement with major sporting events

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in content partnerships, creator/talent management, or business development roles
• Deep knowledge of the social content ecosystem with existing relationships
• Experience in high-velocity startup environments
• Fluent in social media dynamics and trends
• Proven track record of leading impactful campaigns
