Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Entertainment Travel Consultant for a full-time remote position, responsible for planning and selling travel services, managing flight reservations, and providing expert consultation for clients in the Media & Entertainment industry.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and sell a range of travel services, including air and ground transport and accommodation
• Manage flight reservation processes, including ticket issuance and reissues, while servicing all inquiries and bookings
• Support post-booking queries and manage multiple complex itineraries with a focus on client confidentiality and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, including policies and procedures
• Experience with travel industry system GDS Sabre
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Must have full working rights in Australia
• Demonstrated professional customer service skills
