Job Summary
Supporting a high-volume, fast-paced business, the full-time remote Entertainment Travel Consultant will manage travel arrangements for entertainment clients, including air and hotel reservations, while ensuring exceptional service and accuracy in all bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Complete travel arrangements for clients, including exchanges and refunds
- Respond to client inquiries with urgency and maintain ownership of client records until departure
- Research and resolve travel-related issues, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel, specifically handling film, TV, or music travel
- Proficiency in GDS systems, preferably SABRE
- Strong customer service skills with experience in high-demand travel environments
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Regular and dependable attendance is required
