Job Summary

Responsible for reviewing and adjusting signature blocks and complex ownership structures, the fully remote Entity Desk Specialist will manage documentation for home equity lines of credit, purchases, and refinance transactions while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Review organizational and trust documents for accuracy
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for entity and trust structure reviews
  • Track exceptions and document deficiencies in entity loan processes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage operations, legal support, or entity review
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience reviewing trust, corporate, LLC, and partnership documentation
  • Familiarity with signature block preparation and entity documentation review
