Entity Resolution Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Entity Resolution Engineer (MDM) for a full-time contract position, this remote role will design and implement entity resolution solutions for individual and organizational data, creating the Master Provider Record in the Gold layer.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement entity resolution and matching frameworks for individual and organizational records
• Configure, validate, and optimize matching models to improve data quality and accuracy
• Develop and maintain entity resolution workflows on Databricks

Required qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience in data engineering and master data management
• Proficiency in Python, Databricks, Delta Lake, and SQL
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and entity resolution
• Ability to own model validation, performance monitoring, and accuracy reporting
• Collaboration experience with business and technical teams to deliver trusted master data solutions
