Job Summary
A company is looking for an Entra ID Customer Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-demand assessments of Active Directory, AD Security, and Entra ID health
- Facilitate workshops on AD troubleshooting and Microsoft Entra Hybrid Identity
- Lead Active Directory recovery engagements and design secure cloud identities
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
- Knowledge of cloud identity architecture and security
- Certifications such as MCSE, Identity & Access Administrator Associate, or Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- Familiarity with Zero-Trust architecture and Graph API
- Experience with Windows Server 2016-2025 and tenant-to-tenant migrations
