Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Growth Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow an existing product line with full P&L responsibility
• Develop and execute the GTM strategy from positioning to pricing to distribution
• Build and lead a matrixed tiger team with cross-functional support from Product, Marketing, and Sales

Required Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a product-led business, ideally in a startup environment
• Fluency in growth, product marketing, and user behavior with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Exposure to P&L management and accountability
• Experience leading zero-to-one launches or turnarounds
• Strong collaborative leadership skills with the ability to influence teams
