Job Summary

To incubate a new company focused on gestational diabetes screening, the full-time Entrepreneur in Residence will develop a founding thesis, conduct customer and clinical discovery, and build partnerships in a hybrid work environment based in Indianapolis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a founding thesis on the gestational diabetes screening landscape and identify market opportunities
• Conduct rapid customer and clinical discovery with patients, healthcare providers, and payers
• Define the initial product scope, advance corporate partnerships, and lead fundraising efforts

Required qualifications

• Proven track record as a founder or in leading product launches in early-stage environments
• Experience in direct-to-consumer or consumer health, preferably in women's health
• Familiarity with Medicaid, health systems, or payer channels
• Technical fluency or experience working closely with technical teams
• Strong understanding of health equity issues related to gestational diabetes
