Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the entry-level Account Coordinator will assist the OEM FordDirect Team by managing client communications, supporting account management processes, and ensuring timely deliverables while developing knowledge of the automotive industry and integrated marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity's processes and account management strategies
- Assist with the preparation of Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
- Maintain communication with account teams regarding deliverable status and resolve client inquiries promptly
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, with agency experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of digital marketing and integrated marketing strategies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
