Entry-Level Account Coordinator
Job Summary
As an entry-level Account Coordinator on the OEM FordDirect Team, the full-time remote position will assist with client communications, manage deliverables, and support account management while developing a strong understanding of the automotive industry and integrated marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity's processes and proprietary technology platform, Apollo
- Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
- Maintain constant communication with account teams regarding deliverables' status and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an agency or automotive marketing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
