Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry Level Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in Coupa and ensure accuracy by matching purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Review and audit employee expense reports and invoices submitted through Concur for compliance
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Coupa and Concur
• Experience with invoice processing and auditing
• Knowledge of purchase orders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
