Entry Level Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry Level Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in Coupa and match them with purchase orders and receipts
• Review and audit employee expense reports and invoices submitted through Concur
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes and support audits

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Coupa and Concur
• Experience with invoice processing and expense auditing
• Knowledge of purchase orders and operational/financial audits
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word 365
